Services Academy

We live in a time of growing mobility and rising claims in services. Therefore, our academy has the aim at qualifying employees (internal and external) as a service provider for the customer. We have been doing this for many years by regular trainings of our own employees and chauffeurs. In addition TOP-ALLIANCE has years' experience in the Limousine and Aircraft Service for high-ranking personalities.

The TOP-ALLIANCE-Academy offers seminars in the areas: Business etiquette manual, chauffeur's education and safe driving training.

We offer internal trainings for our employees and also training for your employees in our modern rooms.

1. Seminar business etiquette manual

• Knowledge about table manners and eating culture
• Professionalism in use of 'small talk'

In her several years' activity as a marketing manager, Mrs. Dröll-Bülter collected comprehensive experience in manner rules and contemporary communication. She is a licensed manner coach and business trainer.

2. Safe driving training   

Our safe driving training is offered in collaboration with the AvD (Aumobilclub von Deutschland) with which we have been cooperating for many years.
